As a new student of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, you need to open an online account by using your Student Registration number (provided to you after your enrolment) and your passport number.
To open and activate this account you need to visit the web administration services of the University (in Greek). You can find the service translated in English by getting the attached .pdf file.
1. Your application will be processed directly if you are a undergraduate student or you will have to send your application (if you are a postgraduate student) to the secretariat of your department.
2. Once you receive the e-mail or the SMS that confirms the approval of your application, you visit the web administration services to activate your account.
3. Now you are ready to use my studies (undergraduate studies) or my uni (postgraduate studies) by activating the account that you created.
4. You have access to the following university internal services, networks and external e-resources:
-The online registration for courses and exams
-The electronic course materials
-The e-library
- The Pergamos Application
- The Transcripts of undergraduate students
- The online application for the Academic ID card and other.
